Ash Kalb, Esq.

Mr. Kalb earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences, where he studied history, political science and economy, and international business. Following law school, he joined the New York offices of offices of Skadden, Arps Slate, Meagher & Flom as an M&A and Corporate associate. At Skadden Mr. Kalb represented public and private companies, including several Fortune 500 companies, in a number of industries, including tech and healthcare. He subsequently left the firm to pursue a career as an independent legal consultant and as a writer. Mr. Kalb has since worked in the private equity sector and in the entertainment industry. Mr. Kalb is also a published author of fiction and non-fiction and an instrument-rated pilot.
