Mid to Senior-Level Corporate Associate - Shanghai

Position: Prestigious law firm seeks a mid to senior associate for its general Corporate practice, which involves equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate advisory, and commercial contracts, at their Shanghai offices.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least four years of Corporate experience in England, Wales or another common law jurisdiction, and be capable of drafting and negotiating mergers and acquisitions and joint venture documentation.  Candidates must be native English speakers. Candidates should also have some experience working on China-related transactions and/or Chinese language skills, though it is not required.
