Mid-Level Capital Markets Attorney - Singapore

Position: The Singapore office of this international firm is seeking a Mid-Level Indian and US-qualified attorney with substantial experience in Capital Markets matters within the United States.

Company: This leading firm is well known for its strong capital markets, finance and corporate practice.  The Singapore office works closely with other offices in Asia to represent U.S., European and Asian companies conducting business throughout the Asia-Pacific region in their direct investment activities and capital markets transactions both regionally and internationally. In 2008, Asian Legal Business awarded the firm’s Southeast Asia Practice “Equity Capital Markets” and “Project Finance” deals of the year, while IFLR recognized it as “Asian Project Finance Team of the Year” and Finance Asia awarded it the year’s “Best Singapore” deal. Requirements: Must have a U.S. J.D. and be qualified to practice in India. Must have at least three years of practical experience handling Capital Markets matters   within the United States at a reputable firm.
