Junior to Mid-Level Capital Markets/M&A Associate - Tokyo
Position: Elite firm seeks a bilingual junior to mid-level associate for its Tokyo office.

The capital markets group is led by a partner with both European and U.S. law capabilities and has a wealth of experience advising Japanese blue-chip companies. Chambers and Partners places the firm in the high on the list for its capital markets and corporate/M&A platform.
Requirements: Candidates must be U.S.-qualified and have substantial experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Excellent bilingual (English & Japanese) is essential. Japanese nationals are preferred.
