M&A, PE and Dispute Resolution Partner - Beijing

Position: The leading international firm is currently seeking partners with a focus in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and dispute resolution for its Beijing office.

Company: This global firm consistently ranks in the AmLaw 100 rankings of law firms by revenue. With offices throughout Greater China and Asia, the firm has one of the largest presences in the region. Yet, it is actively seeking to add to its Greater China capabilities through its extensive and well-integrated network of offices that often collaborate on high-profile cross-border transactions. Both Chambers Asia and Asia Legal500 place the firm in the top tiers for a variety of legal work, including M&A/Corporate Transactions, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.

Requirements: Candidates must have strong technical and marketing skills, as well as be aggressive and ambitious. The firm is open in terms of practice areas, although those with a focus in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and dispute resolution are preferred. For junior partners, the firm wants a book of business of between $1-$2 million, and substantially more for senior partners.
