Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate - Hong Kong
Position: Elite law firm seeks a mid-level commercial litigation associate for its Hong Kong office.
Company: With over thirty years of experience in the region and offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, the firm offers one of the top litigation/dispute resolution practices. The China Disputes Group is highly regarded, particularly for financial services/regulatory and insurance work, and is currently expanding. The firm advises on various types of disputes and partners on the team are among the leading figures in key dispute resolution areas in Hong Kong.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least five years of post-qualification experience in a broad range of commercial litigation with a leading international firm. Those with practical experience which emphasized financial services (i.e. regulatory, insurance disputes and/or arbitration) are preferred. Must have excellent academic background, be a team-player, be admitted to practice in Hong Kong and fluent in English. Those who are fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin are at an advantage.
