Mid to Senior-Level Corporate Associate – San Francisco

Position: Elite firm seeks mid to senior-level corporate associates for its San Francisco office.

Requirements: Candidates must have between three and six years of post-qualification experience in advising public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and/or securities reporting obligations. Candidates who can hit the ground running, have worked closely with partners on the above matters, and have worked for leading firms in New York are preferred. Must be qualified to practice in California.
