Corporate Transactional Partner - Beijing

Position: Leading law firm seeks a partner with considerable practical experience handling corporate transactional matters for its Beijing office.

Consistently rated as one of the elite law firms by Vault, Chambers and Partners gives the firm top ratings for its corporate, litigation, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and wealth management practice areas.  The Beijing office is one of four firm offices in Asia, which often work together, along with other firm offices throughout the world, on multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions. 

Requirements: Candidates must have substantial experience handling corporate transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint venture and/or finance. A book of business of 1.5m is preferred. Candidates must have strong technical skills, knowledge of the China market and the ability to grow a book of business. Excellent English communication and drafting skills are essential.
