International Mid/Senior-Level Corporate Associate - Beijing
Position: A top international law firm is seeking a mid/senior-level corporate associate with four to six years of post-qualification experience handling mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters at a leading international firm or an elite local firm in an international financial center for their Beijing office.

Requirements: Candidates must be foreign-qualified lawyers (expat) with qualifications from a Commonwealth jurisdiction or the United States. Candidates must also have one to two years of practical experience working on China-related deals, and possess outstanding drafting, communication and management skills. The ideal candidate will possess fluent Chinese language skills.
