P.R.C.-Qualified Associate - Beijing
Position: The Beijing office is seeking a P.R.C.-qualified associate with two to three years of practical experience in corporate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters at an elite, local P.R.C. law firm or international firm.

Requirements: Candidates must be qualified in the P.R.C. or in any Common Law jurisdiction, as well as possess outstanding English language skills. Candidates must also be team-players, well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
