Senior International Capital Markets Attorney - Hong Kong/Beijing

Position: The Hong Kong office of this leading law firm is seeking a senior associate for the U.S. Law team of their International Capital Markets (ICM) group.

Lawyers advise on U.K., Hong Kong, U.S., Singapore, and Thai laws and have established a leading and impressive track record, both throughout Asia and internationally. The team advises on some of the largest and most newsworthy international capital markets transactions, including debt, equity, and equity-linked capital markets transactions, derivatives and structured finance. In Asia, this firm acts as Hong Kong counsel to I.S.D.A. (it also acts as I.S.D.A.'s European and US counsel). Members of the Derivatives Group also sit on the I.S.D.A. Asia-Pacific Asian Steering Committee, the I.S.D.A. Asia Pacific legal sub-committees and the I.S.D.A. Asia Pacific collateral committee.

Requirements: Native Mandarin skills essential. Must have at least five years of post-qualification experience in U.S. S.E.C.-registered equity and debt offerings and Rule 144A offerings (including Hong Kong listings work). Must have experience advising and assisting on Exchange Act reports and general U.S. securities regulations. As the position is senior, candidates should have experience leading transactions and managing groups.
