Position:  The Hong Kong office is seeking an attorney to join its capital markets team.  Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience with U.S. debt and/or equity capital markets.

Requirements:  Must be U.S. qualified and have 2 to 4 years of experience with at a top U.S. or UK law firm.  Must have solid work experience in U.S. debt and equity capital markets, with experience doing registered work in the U.S.  Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous.
