Midlevel Banking & Finance Lawyer - Hong Kong

Position:  The Hong Kong office is seeking a mid-level finance lawyer with at least 2 years of experience.  Candidates should have a broad range of banking and finance experience in Hong Kong and Asia, including experience in the areas of syndicated lending, acquisition finance, LBO's, insolvency and restructuring, and derivatives and structured finance.

Requirements:  Candidates should have at least 2 years PQE.  HK admission would be preferable, but the firm will consider other Commonwealth jurisdictions.  Must be fluent in Mandarin, written and spoken.
